Prior to inspecting our rental properties you are required to complete an application form.  Please download and complete the attached form and forward to our office together with supporting documentation and your credit check.  You can either drop it into our office at 17 Best Street, Devonport, fax it to (03) 6424 7417 or email rentals@halliwell.net.au  Once the application has been pre-approved we will contact you to make arrangements for viewing.   DO NOT APPROACH ANY RENTAL PROPERTIES OR OCCUPANTS.

If you application is un-successful no reasons will be given.  Please note final approval is at the owners discretion.
